Anita Baker, next to Michael and Janet Jackson, was definitely the soundtrack to my childhood - and I mean CHILDhood, as in the only thing I really remember about it comes from home videos and photo albums. Something about the music stays with me even more than the memories themselves...I guess that's when music becomes the memory. Mad respect to one of the most distinguishable voices in R&B soul ever...
